7th sign he is doing esl because he hasnt been in the country for as long and is more compinent in another language. There are plenty of people who come from other countrys and r usually the ones that usually gain the high uai's

Gummy bear usually if there is a class that only has one student wanting to do it they either have to do it by correspondance which is alot harder as u have no teacher there showing u what to do. As to these classes having 1 or 2 these classes may of had more students before like at our school...
