you happen to be doing all the subjects my friend did (except he didnt do ext maths) and he got everythign in 70s except ipt which was low band5 and he ended up with 69UAI, so u will need 80s for everything and ur easily get 85. i did everything like u except i did ADV eng and i got 85eng...

u wont need much at all to get 90 with ur subjects, like a friend of mine got e2 (high60s or early70s) for 4 unit math, 83ish for adv english, 74 in physics, early 80s in ipt and got overall 88UAI do well in 4 unit maths and you will get 90 easily.
