Yeah.. This year they changed the layout of the paper.. Mind you I didn't see much globalisation in the paper. maybe because it was spread out through the different sections.

umm... It will probably add to your marks, anything consituting to look something like a case study will be a bonus to you. So yes :)

Yeah, I really don't know. For my trials I got 16/20 becasue i didn't write with a case study in mine, so the bored of studies will probally do something similar.

Our room has one little heater on, but it doesn't do anything, where in this huge hall, so what's one little wall mounted heater going to do :p

Hey, Did many people use diagrams in their extended responses, I tried to but I found it difficult? Do you think it's going to matter that much that you didn't have lots of diagrams ?

Yup. I'm sure they will mark fairly, theve got guidelines and they discuss what answers should be amongst themselves. But more importantly no more business!!

I just said use a scientific or possible behavioural method. I wasn't too sure about that one, I just thought you needed to compare two different management methods.
