Anyone get the follow up e-mail yet about the progress update????
"Due to technical difficulties, the University will be unable to open the Web Enrolment Variations facility of MyUni on the previously scheduled date of February 20.
An intensive effort is currently underway to overcome these...
When we start uni (1st years) the lecturer should tell us if we need textbooks or not right? Cause some subs give you readings... right? And also what's better co-op or text book exchange?
Always keep up to date with what's happening too, newspapers are always good. You could create like a file for each topic with some articles, dealing with legal issues.
And ofcourse what goan_crazy and Melsc said is great :)
Maybe you should e-mail them and ask, go onto the Arts faculty website and e-mail 'em.
@niteshade: Cause it's big and scary lol and I don't know anyone in my course apart from hiphop who I don't really know...it's an entire, huge new environment which takes time to get use to, so I suppose...
So we go to Myuni and the myadmin section or something and then there will be a place where we can add and drop units...right?
It's so confusing and stressful...
and what about free food!!!! :D Any free stuff is good!
And yeah I hope they show us the way around...but I think the aim of the thing/program is to make us feel more comfortable and meet people (I think)
