i thought it was something to do with the size of the energy packets being so small that once reached a certain wavelength cant get any smaller and hence the radiance (intensity) of the curve must drop back down...but im not sure can anyone confirm this?

i dunno if the exam was much harder, i mean i found it harder because thers a few questions that i can never do and it so happened that they were in this test...while in last years i could do most questions..but this years was challenging i do 4u as well but i found it easier than 4u!! 4u...

this is bullshit, looking at SAM the top 57% in the state get at least aligned mark of 80...so surely if u got 50/120 thats at least 75-80 aligned??

loooong paper, i struggled to finish in time, i had to skip a few questions...but i went avarage

i dunno...trig is used in a variety of questions.....its used everywhere, but they sometimes have trig identities that u have to prove so know all ur double angles and all that stuff

best advice is probably to have worked throughout the year...doin ALL the homework... then u remember how to do differnet types of qustion bit late now though

my statement was simply an observation..

its interesting that about 30% of 3u ppl get a band e4...and theres around 10000 studnets doin 3u with about 3000 of them 4u ppl....so the 4u ppl should theoretically get all the band e4s :p

yea same here...4u was not good yesterday and im hoping to redeem myself tommorw, even though some questions in the past papers are crap......

would a raw mark of 75-80% tommorw be good enough for a band e4, i know it depends on the difficulty and stuff....but im hoping to get about 65-70 / 84

i wouldnt say ridiculously easy...but even I got most of it so yea.... pretty pissed off though cause i know i got some of the easy integrations wrong...

i reckon i got about 55, 60 if im very lucky.../120... u guys are all freaks

haha hey van, u might have some competition for dux.... ;) but 75/120..surely that would be scaled to high band e3 or even e4
