1 a) just tests that the battery in your calculator is working.. so that they dont have misadventure forms flying in left right and centre

well noone got full marks last year ... and it wouldnt impact too much.. becos not a great deal of people get 115+ /120

in 2 (c) ... shouldnt the y-value be ...... y = cos2 (pi/6) = 1/2 im no maths expert.. but correct me if im wrong

100+/120 is pretty much guaranteed band 6 imo

ok.. i went thru the paper and estimate i got around 60%.. roughly 72/120 wats ur prediction of my scaled mark ? i know in 2003, it went from 55% to 79.. but would it vary much this year
