    Is it better to...

How good is your First Draft? My first draft is generally shit AF, so i memorize essays (takes a shitload of time) but if you are gifted in humanities and generally a good writer then you should just not memorize whole and just know your texts ie quotes and analysis

    english standard hsc standards

It really depends on your teachers. With English, it is generally impression marking which is absolute ridiculous and a sorry excuse for a grading system. So you cannot generalize whether if you school gets marked harder/easier than other schools

    Giving away stuff

I know lol, what is the point of giving away the textbooks tho, because teachers are most likely to have a physics copy. But for Online resources you should give a good teacher cause they will actually use it.

    'Donor level' and 'acceptor level'

TBH, acceptor level isn't what you would normally use to answer P semiconductor question. In these questions they traditionally expect you to talk about the formation of holes

    HSC Physics Marathon 2013-2015 Archive

re: HSC Physics Marathon Archive you forgot the formula they deduced: 2dsin(theta)= n(wavelength lima) where if n=1,2,3 it underwent constructive inter and if n=1/2, 3/2... then it underwent destructive interference. They also saw interference patterns from diffraction using photographic...

    HSC Physics Marathon 2013-2015 Archive

re: HSC Physics Marathon Archive I think you forgot the fact that he said EMR exsists in packets where the energy of each packet is defined by e=hf, he also hypothesised that there is more low energy (low frequency) packets than High energy/frequency packets. Moverover, high frequency packets...

    'Donor level' and 'acceptor level'

Donor level: The unbinded valency electron in N-type semicon, they occur before 4 valency is sub by 5 valency elements so there is 1 electron ''extra'' and this electron has a shit load of energy (more than the other bounded electrons) as it is not in convalent bonding with atoms from silicon...
