I found it quite easy. Question 10 i found a little difficult, especially the 2nd part. Apart from that, can't complain. Expecting reasonable band 6, but considering the amount of stupid mistakes I tend to make, probably a reasonable band 5-low band 6.

I thought 10(a) being worth 5 marks was a bit extreme. but i'm not complaining, i got it, and i dont think too many people in my class did. 10(b), missed out iii entirely, did i well enough and ii I just gave the formula. Better than I expected, especially when the epiphany came to me on...

I agree. A lot of it was about the ISSUE involved in general which can screw you over, eg the citizen getting the job over the immigrant.... didn't actually show equality of opportunity, quite the opposite... but the issue involved was equality of opportunity. Whatever, I was happy overall...

I was a lot more relaxed in legal than I was in English, it's not so much about writing shitloads anymore than just making an effective point. Standards kits only have 6-7 pages of moderate size handwriting making a band 6 so yeah. I filled a booklet for crime and consumer, and then did 12 pages...

It asked for an OFFENCE.... not a TYPE of crime. So I'd say you're safe with just saying speeding/murder. I actually described each offence eg: Summary: Speeding, the act of traveling faster than the speed limit on a public road. Indictable: Murder, the act of deliberately taking one's life.
