yes the quotient rule would give the same answer! but since the expression was quite simple and could be arranged that way i thought i'd save some time.

1/(2x^3) is the same as 1/2 (x^-3). if you try it that way and do your normal differentiation it becomes (-3 x 1/2 ).(x^-4) which equals -3/(2x^4)

:0 i might not have a choice afterall since psychology lectures clash badly with my other classes which can't be moved. unless i want to stay back and attend the lectures from 6-7pm , which i don't think is worth it. but BIO1101 sounds so bad and hard to do well in.

i like the sound of multiple choice exams ^__^ hmmm i'm leaning more towards psyc since i'm finding bio rather boring at the moment, and as a bonus it also costs less hahahaha - although i know i shouldnt base my decision just on that. i'd also like a break from all of the hard sciences...

i didn't do hsc biology and have attended all but a few lectures, however i have done absoultely no form of revision or supplementary work outside the lecture theatre...so does that mean i'm screwed? i haven't listened to the ilectures either so basically this whole time i haven't learnt much at...

and i'm getting rather tired of seeing those Country Road bags around uni every day. at first i thought they were ok but then the number of people who had them grew exponentially and i've almost been whacked in the face several times on the bus. i think if it weren't for 'Country Road'...

LOL you're saying that subway is a better fast food chain than kfc!! i think the complete opposite. subway stinks - as everyone has been saying i've received some subway coupons in the mail but they're only for my local area and aren't as good for value as the hungry jacks ones.
