I liked the lawson question. i thought they might have asked us to do creative not all essays or responses! so much better than i expected....i was expecting much much worse.

Witness was such an open ended question. THAT was a good question. What impact has it had on you? so many different things to say!

u have to be prepared for anything they throw at u. but essentially the question is always the same...they just put in words there to confuse u. like i'll probably write that change is inevitable happens as a result of rite of passage like in sky high with the age thing and away with the change...

well it should be enough i mean u need away, two from the changing stimulus and 2 related texts. but my teacher made me do more...related texts = 2 of my mine, seachange, away, sky high and the door. yea i probably will talk about coral and gwen and tom being the catalyst for change.

hmm..i cant wait until then either...no more ENGLISH!!!!! Witness isn't a problem...but dialogue...lawson to me is not so easy, but consumerism isnt hard

i like ur confidence. its my top CHOICE! im not that smart and i can aim for 90's but i wont get there ill probably only get high 70's early 80's...la trobe there's one in bundoora, city campus, bendigo and the albury campus in NSW.

look at ur formula sheet. those's are the only ones u really need to know.

yea i do Away and its not that bad. Techniques include symbolism, structure, setting, characterisation. Symbolism-beach shows cleansing, structure the different reaction from Gwen in the two plays of Stranger on the Shore. Other things to consider include taste, lifestyle, influence of others...

so if u got a q. like that in the exam...would u answer it in 3rd person or would u just write it like an interview?

yea that's what my teacher's have been going on about. yes its for english. hmm...so a transcript is basically a script. but if it has stage directions:confused: that sounds like what my english teacher is saying...looking back and writing on it. Humph!

hey can someone ask a question for me please as im doing the HSC overseas. I just want to know the same as dyinggirl about the definition of a transcript cos everyone i know has a different opinion...i just wondered what an operator might say.
