Ugh, there was a letter from USyd, but it was an invitation to a breakfast for HSC High Achievers. I was like soo hopeful that it was the scholarship... I'm freakin devastated.. looks like there's no scholarship for me. far out :( I guess there's tiny hope: This letter that I got today...

Getting a scholarship is kinda like "Welcome to BPharm @ USyd". I really really hope I get one... Apparently there's a ceremony you're supposed to attend in May if you are awarded a scholarship.

Did anyone who applied in the Faculty of Pharmacy receive a letter from the faculty today?

Pharmacists - Job Outlook I think that Pharmacists will always be in need... and there are PLENTY of areas to go within the Pharmaceutical Field. If you're not happy with the pay, working style of community pharmacies, then you can try and work in Drug Research/Development and in big companies...

Wow, CONGRATULATIONS!!! :D That's amazinggg... I'm sitting here waiting impatiently for the mailmannn... mail hasn't come yet. Oh gosh, if there is no letter, im gonna be so cutttt I'll be happy even with an Entry scholarship, It'll pay for a new iMac, desk and definitely help with fee...

Yeah, the Chemistry units are specialised for Pharm, I think the first semester unit is CHEM1611 Chemistry A (Pharmacy) and then sem.2 CHEM1612 Chemistry B (Pharmacy), only offered to Pharm students.

This is probably even a better option for always travelling to USyd (its not free normally, though) since u can take the one that stops at Paramatta Road, right next to certain buildings like Sciences etc. which is much more convenient than walking 10-15mins frm Redfern, then walking another...
