i absolutely loved usyd for the short while that i was there (bridging course)... it was always sunny and cheerful... and the buildings made you want to come to uni just to marvel at its beauty. however, i much prefer the people (minus the fobs) over here at unsw, and in particular, my course.

tuesdays and wednesday are the busiest days for uni. mondays and fridays are the least due to general avoidance of long weekends

FBE is open 24/7 (has lounges etc) but I don't know if it's open to the public. Surely you could have found a more sanitary place to crash.

satay delight's pre-cooked chinese meals sitting there on the hotplates or whatever they call them are so grotty. they look absolutely horrid. the best chinese food is at ivans fernery at the roundhouse without a doubt. the guy there is really friendly and funny and it's an overall good place...
