give employees more than the minimum wage, could you say that the money saved from the reduction in absenteeism and turnover could be used to increase wages?

When a business pays all staff at the award minimum wage, what is a strategy or strategies to overcome this? Help would be greatly appreciated!

Just gotta finish my business notes (only a few more dot points of ER), finish my IPT notes (gotta complete multimedia, do databases and start TPS) then I do my prepared essay for module C for english. Thank goodness I haven't left study notes until the last minute, makes life much easier.

You can't really prepare an essay for this module as the questions are unpredictable. Just know your text inside out and you'll be fine.

same I was supposed to start studying at 7:30 this morning but I slept in till 9:45. God I'm lazy.

I'm gonna do 4 hours a day, I don't want to go overboard. Holidays are really bad for procrastinating.
