    2007 NRL Thread

Yeah, IMO you guys will struggle without them, but with the inconsistency of NRL, we'll see... :) The "baby Broncos" seem to play pretty well though.

    Official Asian Cup 2007 Thread

Yeah. IMO we were never really in this game, but we did well to last that long with only 10 men. Have you even seen footage of it?? He didn't make a fist, and it definitely wasn't worth a red.

What is the most chosen subject?

Yeah, my school isn't big either. My biggest class is 2 unit maths with about 15 people. English Adv. - 11 Physics - 10 Chem - 10 PD/H/PE - 7 Although a couple of people in each class never turn up... (it will be interesting to see if they get their HSC or not; you know the whole...

Who went to see the "Studio Company" Production of King Lear at Riverside Theatre?

Re: Who went to see the "Studio Company" Production of King Lear at Riverside Theatre Yes, haha, the blood was good; very gruesome. I also liked the twist they had with Goneril using her stiletto to gouge Gloucester's eye. Ewwww. :o

Wow, another win to the Roosters! I love having Freddy as coach. :D Looks like Gaz being back helped the Dragons. Yeah, the same for the Roosters. :shy:

Who went to see the "Studio Company" Production of King Lear at Riverside Theatre?

Yep, that's the one. Yeah, the stage set-up was interesting, and I thought it worked really well. I was sitting in the front row, and luckily I didn't feel any of the spit land on me. Ewwww. :o Yeah, the ending was pretty good; when they had her "spirit" running around, with Lear chasing it...

    40mins is a joke

Yeah, I write between 3-4 pages in 40 minutes too. I know that I need to start doing practice papers to improve this.

What is the most chosen subject?

At my school I'd say it would be Standard English, then General Maths, and then I've got no idea. Maybe Maths 2 unit. Cool, that's really interesting. :uhhuh:

    SC affecting the HCS??

Yep, like everyone else has said; it's bullshit. Haha. Yeah, most of my teacher's are pretty good. I don't know whether I'd go as far as saying "most awesome people on the planet", but they would be close.

    How was your school day?

My day was alright. I think I'm getting a cold though; my throat is killing me and it hurts to swallow. :( During last period we were watching a video (do you guys remember "videos"? haha) and I almost fell asleep 4 or 5 times; my eyes wouldn't stay open! As soon as I got home I went to...

    2007 NRL Thread

IMO, if the Dragons were against a team like, for example, the Storm, they wouldn't've brought him back in yet. I don't think Gasnier will be too rusty, he might drop the ball a couple of times, or something like that, but he would've been training for hours and hours on end to regain his...

    Unfair advantage???

But people change though. After doing the Prelim and HSC course of a certain subject, someone might find out that it's not what they expected at all, and realise that they are actually interested in something completely different to the subjects they had chosen to do 2 years ago.

    Unfair advantage???

If people pick subjects that they like and are good at, and they aren't science/math based subjects, then that's their decision. But a lot of the time, if you want to do medicine, and you knew this when you picked your subjects in Year 10 for Year 11 and 12, chances are you would've picked...
