gawd if i remember correctly thers no such thing as 'prerequisites' for firts year there is only 'assumed knowledge' which means the course assumes that you have achieved the required level and its up to you to go along with the regulations or opt to do a lower course. for example at UNSW...

i think its the same as here, that school ends with the summer hols ie we fin in dec and they fin in june sometime.

thats probably for a advanced course where even those who got a band 6 may still struggle. but still i think most unis have scrapped the 'prerequisite' and changed it to 'asumed knowledge' or 'recommended studies' since the inception of the new HSC.

there is no such thing as prerequisites for first yr courses its just 'assumed knowledge' and it wont bar you from enrolling in a course although you may be at a slight disadvantage but you can always do a bridging course or study the subject by yourself before uni starts.

spring break and schoolies are very diffrent events. spring break is when all the american uni students take a trip to the more warmer parts of the US or mexico (ie cancun) and just get drunk, have sex and party during their uni spring holidays where as schoolies marks the end of high school...

i suggest anyone from any uni pay a visit to the USyd SRC shop as the books are really cheap and sometimes with a very recent edition but you soon realise at uni that you only need the lecture notes to go well anyway.

CBS hasnt released any info, the season has just finished filming a couple of weeks ago and the season will beginin Feb so its going to be a while before they officially release the castaways but speculation sites have figured it out :D

um they were made to wear the same clothes they went into the game in. CBS bought them all new outfits that were close to if not the same as the ones they ruined as a result of that starting twist so andrew got his armani suit back.

lol alot of ppl say that Africa was a crappy season because the survivors just had no energy. great cast but bad location. Marquesas, Amazon and Pearl Is are my faves.
