So Laz, say for ext2 maths, an average of 50/100 would of been scaled to 86.8? according to that data?

Since you got yours last year, you should be finished! :D I havent started the actual programming yet, but finished the first part of documentation, bloody hell, 50 pages:mad: looks like the final documentations gotta be around 300-400 pages :(

Ok, hypothetically, if my mark increases and my rank will as well, considering everyone else stays constant. If that hypothetically easier to predict? :p

Our class is up to the elective topic, software developers view of hardware, last topic i guess, then the major project. We just handed our first part of it in, so only the second part to do. Our school uses the Carole Wilson txt book, but i use the Sam Davis book at home.

Would 95+ be feasible if i pick up both maths to like 75-80% internal, sdd up to 93 or so (major project should help do this) and chem to say 80? English would most probably stay even if i do any study, maybe up 5%. Also on a side note, IIRC school came about 120th in 2001 and we got 2 ppl...

AHHHHHH That sucks, no i gotta work hard :( kinda :p Oh well, gotta get my act together. Will find out when the UAC guide comes out.

Ta thanks for the assurane :p, havent been studying hence the marks, should get the maths marks up to ~80% overall, only need 95UAI to be safe, otherwise, 91.7 if BE Software stays the same at UNSW :)

Well from what i have now, all i can do is get better. 3u Maths 10/20 50% 4u Maths 6/6 50% :( Chem 10/20 70% Adv Eng 10/25 80% SDD 2/15 88% Parramatta marist, last year we got about 16 ppl with UAI >90 and a couple 99's. I have no idea on rank of school.

Ive read the document, so basically, if you do bad in internal school assessments, where your rank is low in comparison to the grade (bottom half) and you do well in the HSC exams, say top 10%, the external mark you recieved basically gets written off because of your poor internal performance...
