How do you mean the ranking may affect your UAI? That is incorrect.

Depends on a number of factors. Are you coming first in all your subjects? Is there a huge gap between each persons assessment ranking (mark so far)? What is a stuff up? 80%?

I would like to know if it is really worth going to ANU. As in packing up from Sydney and moving down and studying down there. How is ANU as a whole? The facilities? Is it better to live on campus or off?

Doesn't depend on your school. In relation to an estimation of your UAI your school rank may be needed. Just make sure your ranks are top 5 in every subject. If you're not coming first (get there) or make the marks seperating you and the top small. And try for the highest marks you can...

School marks do mean something. You want the whole cohort to be close.

Make sure you remember key quotes. Remember the assessment will be about dialogue. Remember some stage directions which may show the body language of some characters. Also who controls conversation and how it is controlled. Anything else just ask. EDIT: The power struggle.

Most UNI lecturers believe the HSC is a waste. They believe its all about memory. So i suppose thats not right. If someone has a fantastic memory they will be more likely to get better results. Such as in english.

The basic principles haven't changed. Approaching/ Going through a roundabout will always be the same. So the Booklet is very reliable.
