why would it defeat the purpose? it can mean: 1) your 4u tests are too easy 2) your 3u is bad (but less likely than the above)

as in that 61% has already been scaled by board of studies. He wouldve failed his raw really bad. UAC's scaling wouldn't have been very high anyway. The point is don't do 4u because you think scaling will do you good. If you're bad at 4u, 3u might be better option. Don't let me discourage...
