    Also their pays are not set in stone. It depends how much the company makes. Whereas the Area/Regional/NSW managers may be in fact be set in stone.

    Where is your source for this information? Profit is after all expenses by the way. Payroll would be an expense. As a trainee manager you're training to be a business manager which in turn will give you access to such information.

    No she did consultation work for them. (hired new staff and training) can't remember the position though. ( i know it was high paying) She also worked for Grace Bros and Myer. M5, owned her own business.
