actually knowing lewis definition of acids/bases can be helpful basically acids/bases act as electron pair donors/acceptors but electrons can only be traded as pairs i'm not sure about the exact but i think it covers covalent substances??

yeah memorising the structures and impact on society, environment is pretty boring.. according to me

my chem teacher (who has now left these hols):confused: says that all ionic substances are aqueous and if things are in ions, they are aqueous

actually bio gets scaled down as a matter of fact for both 2001 and 2002.. this is because the scaling depends on how the candidature performs in their other subjects.. but if u do bio and get a good mark the scaling won't really affect ya.. actually the marks are generally lower than those...

c-ing as everyone is asking i'm gonna throw in my 2 cents as well: mah subjects are: 2u maths band 6 3u maths band E4 2u english band 5 3u english band E3 2u phys band 6 2u chem high band 5/low band 6 2u bio same as chem they're my expected marks possibbly get into the 99's??

aqueos is when the solution is in ion form generally (aq) and soln mean the same thing tho aq is more commonly used a non-aqueos solution is purely just water i think?? l is the pure liquid

electroplating and electrolysis is NOT AT ALL required for the first core module.. but i'm doing shipwrecks so i guess i should learn it btw we did it in prelim too! if u remember
