there arent any on the bos site. but the board of studies does have them. i would say that u only get them and try to get some from ur teacher. also u may only b able to use 2001 and 2002, as the texts are changed every 3 years, that is if ESL is strucutred the same way as std and adv...

yep i am going to try to 'answer' each of the points. both sides..

like what frigid said, go start>programs(all programs if "start menu" style is chosen)>startup. right click there and go "explore", this way u can quickly remove or add prgrams for when u start. i have winamp and mozilla to start up with the comp. esp with mozilla which has horrendous loading...
