There's no BioMedical science engineering. It's biomedical engineering. I'm doing the degree (medsc/engg) and I swapped into chem engg because the mech part of BioMed engg is very physics based which I don't like (but that was mech(BioMed), now that there is just BioMed it should be less mech-y...

USyd is apparently good for teaching. But is the extra year worth it? And if you're in GWS and get a 90+ ATAR then you get $5k/year for going there. But also, there are a lot of social opportunities at USyd that aren't available at UWS (if you're into that sort of thing). Yay.
