    Eugenics/Intellectual Discrimination

I'm using handicapped as a sweeping generalisation, sorry.

    Eugenics/Intellectual Discrimination

So the basis for the policy is the prevention and abortion of handicapped fetuses to prevent financial burden on the health and social services systems. Rather than the prevention and removal of all cases of handicapped individuals, fetus or otherwise for the same reason Yeahh

    Eugenics/Intellectual Discrimination

But financially they have the same burden on the system And the burdening of the system would be the only real means by which to initiate such a process.

    Eugenics/Intellectual Discrimination

But what about those who incurr a intellectual handicap as the result of a stroke, or some other accident? Women now have a choice. The chef at my work, his wife was pregnant, had some tests done early in pregnancy and revealed an abnormality that would have prevented it from intellectually...

    Eugenics/Intellectual Discrimination

We discussed it in terms of WW2. It makes people very uncomfortable. My problem is defining it as economically useful is.. Well, what about the people who've incurred intellectual damage as a result of a stroke? What about those with behavioural disorders, hell lets go off on a whim and...

    Eugenics/Intellectual Discrimination

Financially, in terms of the burden on our health system, our carers system, the money given to carers and the facilities.. Its quite good. Morally, its intolerable. Every life thats being lived is valuable. Some of the most beautiful people I've ever met have been intellectually...

your opinions on experimenting with drugs.. while on schoolies?

Qtf. Particularly with hallucinogens. Trust me when I say you do not want to be convinced that sneezing will cause all your organs to spill out on the floor and be eaten by a Mayan patterned crocodile while you dip your feet in the clouds in a hectic, schoolies-esque environment. Its...

    alternative way into uni

It varies from 70 to 85+ actually. Doing Certs at TAFE only cuts time off your uni course between the HSC and applying as mature age or something. Unless you get your Diploma in Childrens Services or whatever. Then you can teach 0-8 which is preschool to year 2.

Really But see with mine on Vietnam, technically it was a focus on post modernism examplified by Vietnam. It wasnt a study on the conflict, it was a study on postmodernism impact on the representation of conflicts as a whole examplified by Vietnam. Soyeah. Loopholeish.

How do you spend your time in the exam?

The thing is, half your info is given to you in Herc/Pomp through the sources, its basically a give away section. I dont really have a technique. I just try and be clear, concise and direct to the question.

How do you spend your time in the exam?

Yup, Pericles is a personality. He's done in parts a) and b), so one short response and an extended response, not so much an essay which makes him pleasently easy. The core study is comprehension ish, with short to extended responses. Short sharp and to the point works best here, which is...

How do you spend your time in the exam?

Lol, I'd love to but I'll probably be trying to remember details of the Ionia Revolt, or modern and ancient writers views on Pericles.

How do you spend your time in the exam?

Oh, if I needed 45 minutes I'd take 45 minutes. What I'm saying is that I write and think and organise thoughts quickly for those sections. Why waste 10 minutes waiting to start the others when I'm done early? Its not like I'm going to twiddle my thumbs and then start right on the dot. Its a...

You'll find this subject becomes really helpful in your Core study's last question and when you integrate historians arguments into your other modules.
