AFAIK there is a student centre and a library at both. Kingswood has more in the way of admin and stuff I think, but werro has a studnet centre and a library.

Umm since when do Optus have a 128kbps ADSL plan? The lowest they have ever had AFAIK is 256kbps. I suggest you do some more research and figure out exactly what you're on atm before changing. Especially if they are going to sign you up for a 12month contract.

I think that depends on the complexities of your degree. Mine took about 45mins from what I remember. That was last year B Bus (E-Bus), combined degrees would most probably take longer.

Never understood why people don't get one through their school. You don't even need any ID if you do it through your school. The principle just says that you are who you say you are. Any school can do it AFAIK. Anyway, not to worry now, just do as has been said in this thread beforehand.

East Hills or Bankstown station is easier. There is one bus that does Panania and Revesby stations but it only comes once an hour if I recall correctly. East Hills stations 922 will drop you off at the uni bus stop and also the 922 on it's return run from Bankstown station will do the same...

If it's on the same campus and you don't mind four hours of class in a row, then it is easily done. Depending on the lecturer/tutor you'll find a lot of classes don't go for the full time. More so lectures though.

Not always, I checked with everyone I put down and they didn't contact them. Still got a job. I think it depends how desperately they need people, or how lazy they are at the time.

I think you will find that 'Penrith South DC' is just an Australia Post Distibution Centre and has nothing to do with UWS at all. They simply use a locked bag at the centre for their mailing address.

It's a load of crap! There was construction last time we had exams and they still let us do them there, not only that they held the deffered exams there last semester. So what's the real reason? UWS is terrible at planning and administration, and why penrith? Wouldn't it amke more sense to move...
