1) Only 70 kids in the state do it, so we're not going to be obvious.
2) Pretty straight forward.
3) Stimulus was great. Usually they give us an image shared with acts of reading and writing which is always aimed at them because its considered the harder module. This years was the best ever...
My mother marks. There isn't a lot of bias but there is some.
Unless you are from a select school, when a marker sees two booklets for a response the first thought is that it is going to be a load of waffley shit (as most of them are)
Also if you use a computer it puts a good impression in...
I was so nervous for the first english paper and it effected me badly, but after that I got used to it and I really don't feel exam pressure as much.
I actually feel less stressed than when at school, I think its because I don't constantly have teachers on my back.
How about you guys?
Why has this happened? I heard its been rough before but never this bad. The kids who seem the most disadvantaged by these current timetables are those who pick likeminded subjects (eg 2 histories or maths and extension maths)
Try me - this week:
Tuesday: Modern
Thursday: Extension english
Friday: Ancient + SOR II
It's majorly sucky. My best 3 subjects are all crammed together and studying for a lot of subjects in one day for a short amount of time is not how I learn...faark
Just give me a 97, lol.
UTS has the PLT course built into it. That means you don't have to spend an extra half year and $7K at the school of law.
If you're keen on the arts subjects though I'd say maquarie.
Wow, how'd you get out 8 pages? I just basically wrote:
Public order offences
- Those which occur in the public eye which society deems unacceptable (public urination, intoxication)
- Chucked in an article - Women Bare All For Peace about women stripping in Byron Bay for a protest
- Usually...
I read that article but found it odd. Isn't the reason why we have so many more opportunities for uni and TAFE because of the economy and industry demand?
Everyone knows how many more tradies we need but we also have a shortage of doctors, nurses, teachers, accountants, IT specialists which...
Pretty easy.
Family was a sinch (legal institutions or changing morals and standards)
Crime was interesting, the eight marker didn't lend itself to much more than two paragraphs (usually I write four) and the E question was pretty straight forward and didn't lend itself much to...
Re: Federal ALP snubs metro because of general douchebagery and cuntishness
I feel your pain. But on a similar political issue why keep putting money into sydney?
Two years ago you almost emplied your water catchments and now it looks like you're in need of 14 Lane Cove tunnels every...
I like the Greens party and my parents have been voting Greens due a the massive disenchantment with Labor and their union but I can see why everyone thinks they are pathetic.
They have a serious lack of leadership. Bob Brown's a nice guy, but he's a complete pushover. Nobody in the party has...
Doris + Nebs,
You both have valid arguments but here's another question: why is Rudd going through the long process of law reform on what is really a non-issue? There's so many bigger issues out there which the government fails to deal with:
- Overpopulation of Sydney coupled with a lack of...
