Virgin don't like to give credit cards to students You can probably find one of the bigger banks that has credit cards with no fees for students

If students do not want to live on campus for uts, which areas of the city do they live in and what are the prices like etc for appartments? If there is a site / thread with this information direct me to it, I can't find anything worthwhile Thank you!
