Are you sure? If so, Compaq just sux. EVERY manual should have an estimated charge time. For first charge, you can do it overnight. (8hrs or so)

Or you can always opt for continuous borrowing from the library. Photocopying only relavent pages from a borrowed text is also a fine option. I've never done it myself since it's a heck of a lot of effort.

Yeah, I do consider close friends opinions. Looks are always going to be the topic of discussion between mates. It happens to all males. Once the topic is exhausted though, most do have the common sense to look at other qualities the girl may possess.
