As the guaranteed entry for midwifery is 94.5 which includes subject bonus points offered...
she says thank you so much for your responses! :)
she was also wondering if it is possible to do the 3 years midwifery and then 1 year of nursing? like do midwifery first and then nursing in some way?
Thanks :)
This post is for a friend but she was wondering how competitive or hard is it to get into midwifery at UTS.
Her ATAR is above the 91.5 cut off (she got 92.7) however does that not guarantee her direct entry?
How hard is it to get into midwifery? do they only allow a certain number of...
Hi!
Ive heard from many people that this course does not offer great careers once graduating. IF anyone who has graduated from this course or is doing it, how are the career prospects? like what types of careers are possible?
Thanks! :)
THANK GOD!
because for one of my subjects is unusually high so i was scared that they would realise they added up incorrectly and mark me lower!
so if i order my marks im all good? like none of my marks will get lower even if they added them up wrong?
really!!
and what exactly is the results check?
do they alter your marks if you think you should have received a lower mark etc or do they just calculate your marks to make sure the total is correct?
fml this is so annoying haha
i think it would be nice to personally know how you went in each section but its not necessary! im going to do it for my subjects! Like i have an idea of what sections in specific subjects i think i did well in and it will be interesting to see if i actually did.
also
when you go on students...
NivinSubbanna i think you should do whatever you feel is best! :) talk to your teachers etc and people you know you have done the hsc!
dont make any rushed decisions - think about it over the sumer holdiays!
yes i just finished! hoping for a band 5 in english but i think i could have achieved a band 6 in advanced which is annoying (due to the poor scaling of standard)
good luck for your hsc! :)
hey!
i did standard english (hsc 2014) and i regret it!! i am very getting good results in english in a good ranked school however i wish i did advanced!! i had a tutor to help me with english in which i have excelled and in saying that i wish i did advanced (the thing that stopped me was that...
dont worry!
i actually failed my first maths assessment too!
i finished the hsc this year and i can confidently say it has not affected my maths rank/overall marks!
dont stress! you have heaps of assessments to go!! :)
good luck!
PE!!!! 100%
DONT DO MODERN!!
i did pe - it is amazing
my friends did modern and it was hell, very hard!
you can easily get a band 6 in PE! trust me if you want a better atar do PE
I would advice doing 1 unit
Although 2 unit has better scaling, the workload for 1 unit is so much less and the content is very easy! you can practically prepare answers for everything (besides essay!!)
the work is harder for 2 unit!!
i used to do 2 unit and i dropped to 1 unit and my marks...
