IDK i've just been reconsolidating my generic essays and sumaries, as well as practising writing essay intros. if you feel tired probs stop and do another subject. don't want to overwhelm yourself.

Generally not. But the kids that work hard in year 11 tend to work harder in year 12 so that really top calibre of students tend to stay the same (its probably a trend I've noticed at my school though, not sure about others).

Exercise helps a lot! (Light) Drink lots of water because it makes you feel less groggy inside. But I never get severe physical symptoms though. Nurofen helps the pain.
