'no fast food or jobs like kmart/big w/target (ill take nike addidas etc.) or woolies/coles/aldi'
How likely is it to a get a job that isn't retail or fast food as a teen with no work experience? I would imagine its hard
Depends on your style of study. Do you get burnt out doing the same thing over and over? Then don't start too early, instead start 3-4 months before your exam.
I'd say start familiarising yourself with the exam style early next year. Then you can slowly focus on specific sections and time...
My predicted atar is like 50 so yeah I guess that's me😭
Also to be fair this is a study forum so everyone is going to be pretty smart😅 we are a minority which makes sense
I don't think it's overthinking because it does obviously affect your future what career you end up choosing. Especially if you have to support your family financially as well, it's not easy and you do have to be more careful when deciding 😣 but I think you will end up being okay and who knows...
I get it that sounds so scary😭😭😭 me too I've been working since year 11 so I could help my parents out and now I'm worried my indecisiveness will affect them too
Omg ikr 😭 I still don't know what I want to do 100%. I don't even know if I want to go to university in general. Before I wanted to do a b.arts and now I just don't know anymore. I don't know why, my interests didn't change I just.. don't want to anymore? Idk it doesn't help my predicted atar is...
I would say drop physics. I think scoring high marks in business consistently is more manageable than physics, especially since you're already doing other high scaling subjects and it should boost your atar anyways. I think year 12 will be more bearable that way. But if you think you could find...
No way those people doing 15 units aren't crying into their pillow every night. Idk if they even have the time to cry wtf
But Fr I would just do 10 units so you can just focus on those, it's so much easier and it'll make year 12 more bearable
Zoom meetings are with your whole class and the teacher(s). They're usually around 11am - 12pm, depending on the subject (but most often around those times) I never got to choose the times so I'm pretty sure you can't choose times
I did all of year 11 and 12 distance ed and it sucked really bad for me since I cannot self study at all and I have terrible discipline 😭 but if you're the opposite of me and you can self study and hold yourself accountable I'm sure you'll be fine especially since it's only for one subject. They...
