In fermentation what are the states of glucose and ethanol cos i am doing a multiple choice and one has glucose as aqueous and ethanol as aqueous and the other as glucose as solid and ethanol as liquid
i thought that glucose was aqueous and ethanol was liquid
btw are fuels such as octane...
do you have to know adv./dis. for specific radioisotopes?
i thought it was just in general
if not what are the advantages and disadbantages of cobalt 60 and technetium 99m
Re: Is itr eally neccesary to memorise the precipitation reactions and the processes
so do i have to know anything about them or just say like
dissolved oxygen can be measured using the winkler method
i'm a bit confused. isn't CH3COOH acetic acid so it would be acidic
oh i just realised is it because u have Na+ and OH- which is a strong base so strong base plus weak acid gives weak base
Re: Is itr eally neccesary to memorise the precipitation reactions and the processes
wtf are EDTA and the winkler thing. we definitely never learnt that. for dissolved oxygen could u do electrolysis and then say the product(not sure what it would be) is proportional to DO
ohhhh i thought always thought it was just because it was a strong acid and weak base the resulting salt would be weakly acidic, had no idea about the water
thanks
