i sleep anywhere from 7-9 hours
and yeah i drink coffee, i usually have my last one at least 5 hours before bed and my first one as soon as i wake up / whenever my nausea goes away
So, now that uni / school has started back im dealing with the nausea ive always gotten again. Ive felt it since around year 10.

calling them on the 3rd day after getting their number, too show how awesome your life is and how you're like heaps busy and shit and had no time to call them sooner.

personally i think you should try a biphasic sleep routine, which basically consists of around 4 hours of core sleep plus a 70-90 nap in the afternoon
polyphasic simply messes with your natural patterns too much, if you dont take naps between recess / lunch breaks you WILL fall asleep in class...
