I was looking for a motor to try it out as a generator - couldn't find one. I decided to use my sub woofer instead lol. I could power the LED on by pressing on the cone of the driver. This was only momentary, so I added a small capacitor which made it fade in/out a bit slower. This gets me...
I dunno. :( never did chem. I count myself lucky.
Alternate backup ideas
Maybe you could show off some small solar panels
Create a hand crank for a small motor to turn it into a generator. Power LEDs with this. Maybe create a 'how many leds can you light up' game
I dunno. Find out how much power you can get first.
This is a cheap 6V motor. Probably takes 100 - 300mA

LED 2.2v probs 25mA

I don't think a transformer is suitable for this if your battery is outputting extremely low voltages. I think you should first build the battery and see how much voltage and current it can output. After that, you will be able to select an appropriate device to power.
I think lemon juice would work. The common red LEDs are usually < 3 volts and very low current draw (around 25mA) but I think that even your juice battery will have problems powering this :( Is there something specific you trying to show with this display?
No, I didn't mention anything about hardware. I just talked about how the tables in the database could be modified to accommodate the analysis of trends. I hate the wording, but I guess if most people get it incorrect as well, it doesn't affect our marks as it will get aligned
I put something along the lines of this
The data obtained from the system could be used for business analytics as well as for bill generation. For example, shampoo usage trends could be monitored and used to purchase adequate amounts of shampoo in busy times
I went into more detail than I did...
nope. Hardly anyone tries in prelim. I was coming 1st for a subject in prelim, now I'm 13th :( This is because most people lift their game in year 12. Doing well in assessments is probably the most important thing in year 12
Thanks. It is wierd. I'm probably missing something because the answer is D in the book and that's what the teacher got as well.
When doing questions like these, does anyone know weather it's better to use 1000 or 1024?
There are also sample answers provided by BOS. It's good to have a look at that

I think my question may have been lost in other posts :)
So someone asked me this maths general question. I don't do gen maths but I do IPT so it would be handy to know t
and I answered it like this
but the answer is not C, it's D. My answer is wrong. They went to their teacher and got the solution (Disregard the last line. I don't know why he/she...
Someone got a 60.83 raw mark for maths 2u and got 82 aligned in the doc. Does this really mean that they got band 5? Is this the band 5 that is counted towards their ATAR?
This version is a bit easier to look at than the google spreadsheet...
Kumie is the best! He really knows his stuff and you get used to him after a while. I would advise software at Wyndham if you are interested in computing - but be ready to put in a decent amount of theory work as there is not much practical. A lot of people dropped the course in year 11 as they...
Thanks! I know what I'm doing after exams.
