Which one is easier?
Basically, if you don't do well in ATAR you must do some science course and get like HD then do GAMSAT to get in med right?
If you do well in UMAT and bad in ATAR you need to do redo UMAT?
I guess macca is just trying to say: UMAT is meant to filter out the nerds which perform really well in UAI due to study. Which is true. However, in the real world, everyone does almost anything to get what they want. In this case, prepare for something we shouldn't. But as another member said...
OK for those who did well in UMAT please share your thoughts for future students.
Could you please answer the following questions:
1. How did you prepare for the UMAT?
2. When did you prepare for it? Is it the earlier the better?
3. Did you go to any UMAT preparation programs? If so...
For those students who are doing medicine, I want to ask how well did you do in the UMAT and if you did well how did you do well. I know one guy who got high 90's overall in the UMAT and he said he did the Medentry. If the medentry really helps that much I wouldn't mind paying for it.
