well it depends on the situation i mean really if its like a massive act eg Crimes Act then yea ur going to have to refer to a section but otherwise i dont see in either my optional workplace or family where i could get truly specific

family not going to be law reform. It most probably on the effectiveness of legal system for individual and society or mabye something to do with justice

that pretty basic ur essay should be based around talking about legislation then u use cases, media articles and documents which are about the issue to further ur arguement as generally they will either show effectiveness or ineffectiveness

yea basically ur outlinning effectiveness of legal system in recognising societies values and views.

yeah thats what i have been hearing to that ur hsc mark is made from doing this do test. Then use marks from test and moderate the assessment marks with these according to rank so rank 1 person in assessmesnt will get top raw hsc mark as there new assessment mark however still have their test...
