I cannot believe Senior Science (the Science faculty) scales so low. I don't do this course, but it's unfair just because the people doing the course are not that bright. i mean it's SCIENCE come on!

Is the cut-off for each bands determined before the HSC marking? Or after the HSC marking with everyone's marks available?

I realised that the multiple choice in the HSC exams are marked by the computer. What happened if i crossed out one of the option and changed by answer and coloured in another response? like the way they tell you do do in the instruction. How could the computer recognise and mark this?:confused:

I think my maximum UAI is going to be 98. No more. It would be significant lower.......I am think i would get about 90 for my courses. I was aiming for 99+ and with only 4 more units (2 courses) to go, Do you think I can still get 98?

Can you use titration/volumetric analysis to determine Ttoal dissolved solids? This is for the reference in Question 5 in the multiple choice. I think it's D.

In your HSC report, there is the scale distribution of marks. and your HSC mark lies on the graph right? Does it ALSO show what Percentile your HSC has earned you? For example, does it say 94 (TOP 1.08%) or something? Thanks

Well, I did bad.....Maybe 75/120 raw. I am sad, very sad indeed. I thought my effort over the four days studying will help me getting a reasonable mark. But.......That's life. I am hoping that Maths won't be counted in my best 10 Units.
