The only reason why MQ commerce courses have a lower cutoff is beacuse they offer more places than syd or nsw, hence there will be a larger range of uais in the course..and therefore a greater chance of having a lower uai as the last person to get in.

People at UNSW just doesnt make sense to me.. THis is what they told me.. "There was no difference between the School Leaver and Non-School leaver cutoffs for 2003, ie all applicants need a rank (however, it was derived) of 95.50." Wasnt the selection rank cut-off for com/law 95...

well i believe unsw is quite good for engineering..it was first established as an engineering-based university..so it has a strong engineering faculty and facilities..

i heard that big companies dont target macq commerce gradutaes..except for acturial students? anyone can comment on this?
