Chanel Vitalumiere is the BEST! i use it and i LOVE it, it's a bit dear ($82 i think) but IMO worth the money, perhaps you should check it out to see if you like it, i used to use napoleon but i made the switch because i felt napoleon didn't give me the coverage i needed, it was too light for me...

i totally agree with spinspin, i'd rather spend more on the basic clothes that will flatter me and i know i'll get a lot of wear out of, rather than to just snag the bargains just for the hell of it, ofcourse, snagging a bargain pair of jeans with a nice style that will flatter you is always...
