Perhaps he was referring to the reforms specific to dealing with China's transition from a centrally planned economy to a market-orientated one.

It's already been said but "Lost in Translation" is a great film to do.

    Does God exist?

And besides, if you don't want China to exist in your mind that's your choice. China won't exist for you. Fair enough.

    Multiculturalism

Based on my belief that Australia doesn't have a "culture", I think it's fairly "multicultural". :p

Why do you call yourself an Agnostic?

Is there anyone here besides me who doesn't believe that being a "good person" is an actual goal in life? Like when they feel like being kind and warm, they are. When they don't feel like it, they arent?

Save NCAP- a Spirituality and Theology Forum

I don't see the need to create a separate forum for spirituality and theology. Ideology itself is often blindly followed and justified with pseudo logic. Religion is merely the most faith reliant branch of one's worldview. (this coming from a militant atheist)

    Racism in Australia

Who cares about having Asians on crappy shows like Blue Heelers etc? Seriously "Blue Heelers" simply isn't aimed at the "intellectual elite" anyway. I wouldn't want Asian bananas disgracing Asia on bogan/surfy crap shown on TV. If you are asian, just watch korean soap operas ;) on satellite or...

    Who wants a 100 UAI?

It's just advertising. Dont' take it as a "promise". Also, the thread starter never guaranteed a 100 uai in the first place I think that's a fair enough statement.

Also, don't underestimate the value of studying off your textbook - especially for subjects other than maths and english. Read over your textbook plenty of...
