ummm the main difference was the appearance and internal thingamajigs. going off my mates car, even the 318 has gps and tv screen (which isn't stock on 318, 320, 323 regular e46s as far as i know maybe even 325s and 328s). interior like seats and dash n all that shit is the same. performance etc...
