Yeah, and the linear transformations stuff too was pretty nice. The MATH1241 'stats' component was rushed and I had zero idea what we were supposed to be doing, so I hope the Higher Stats this semester will help me figure out if it's good. (besides, what would we classify statistics as, here?)...

I knew Pure Mathematics was my calling when I was the pretty much the only person in the lecture that didn't complain about learning the nine axioms of vector spaces. True story.

Like sit near the edge so you can leave as soon as the lecture is finished. And walk fast. It takes me 10 minutes because I dawdle. If you walk fast, you can probably make it in 6-7 minutes. You won't miss much of the lecture, at all.

No, just leave early or so or walk fast. That walk probably takes me 10 minutes.

I remember I was browsing a book shop in Singapore and it was just there on their featured shelf. I thought that was a bit weird. I was like: "Shouldn't this be in a... somewhat restricted adult section and not near the shop front?"
