We are doing Shipwrecks and I've heard it isn't THAT hard. Previous years at our school haven't had much trouble with it.

I don't know exactly why your "LOL'ing" and "XD'ing" When you know that your going to fail a subject. It's kind of sad that you know you need Maths for University but you still don't study for it. My advice is that you should of put in the work early so that you wouldn't fail it. As for...

do a table :) With the headings concept (of jounerys), technique, effect, purpose and quote. Do that for all your examples of the concepts and examples for journey's you can possibly think of and you will have some nice comprehensive notes. Don't memorise essays, memorise everything you can...

Our school does this, I don't think its that bad because they test at least 3/4 of the syllabus and gives us a good indication of how the majority of our studies are going. Then in term 3 we have a round of assesments around week 6-7 testing the last part of the subject.
