If they are marking you "hard" that is a good thing, because you will strive to do better and they may even mark "harder" than a usual HSC marker. So a scenario could appear that in your trial you get 30/40 for Paper 1 but in your actual HSC you would get 35/40 or even higher. Realisitic goals...

English Ext first assesment task 18/20 - 90%. HSC - 13.5/15. (worth 30%) Quite happy haha :) Will update when I get chem and bio back.

when you "label" them for the quotient rule when its a/b a=u and b=v?

Thanks :) 1 questions though. Does it matter if i label u as e^x and v as (x+1)? Because thats how we did it in class.

Find the stationary points and the nature of the curve (x+1)e^x. I can do other questions of this type but for some reason this stumps me :S lol
