    I found Excel Mathematics (HSC Version I think) really useful and summarised and easy to understand. But of course then you need a heap of practice papers to top it off... Edit - opps ur in prelim...well I don't know then sorry...Excel Maths HSC just breezes through the prelim topics.

    Text Books?

    When do you guys usually buy your text books? During the semester or before? Also most of these text books only last for one semester before it's of no use right? Just doesn't seem worth paying 500 to last a semester.
