This is true. they align your marks In the AOS against advanced, so if you do well in AOS a band 6 is definitly achievable.

I do standard english. I kind of regret it, because half of my school is retarted my marks will probably get pulled down. I am content with standard, how ever if i had it over again i would pick advanced.

The American exams? I have to book mine soon, and im nervous, probably more nervous for then the HSC its self. The test is pretty much 90% multiple choice which is different. ( don't no if this is the right forum, probably not )

pretty much the same situation as me. what i try to do is: Do homework everynight as soon as possible. and write out notes to revise, i listen to music or used to chat on msn while doing it. may take a while, but then a week before exams you can just get out your notes and re write them...

How would it make no difference. If a set of scores were say 95, 86, 70 and 50 and the changed them too 90 81 65 and 45 same difference, and they each got 90 in the external, this would make a huge differece 2-5 marks?
