I don't think that is really true. I got an interview and commerce was my 6th preference.

Yes, not all the Co-op courses require UAIs higher than or equal to 95.7. I think its just the commerce degree (esp Accounting, Finance and Actuarial Studies) that are really strict with that. But with that said, I also have friends doing the commerce Co-op with Uais ranging from 95.00 to 98s...

I think we actually get the payments in instalments every week/fortnight. I think I'll spend half of it on myself :) and university fees (not hecs) and save the other half.

I thought that I should probably start a forum for all those doing a Co-op program this year so that we can share our thoughts and get to know each other. I will be doing the Commerce degree with a major in Actuarial Studies. Have you guys all received the Co-op agreement yet?
