You might want to check your maths... When I did the sums it came down to Optus being only $1 more expensive at 100 local calls, then being a few dollars cheaper for 200 and 300 local calls. Also, the Optus plan should similarly be 'Uncapped' for its download speed. The only thing I can see...

For a few degrees there might be. You won't be able to get accrediation from CPA/CA if you have >3 PCs in Comm-Accg, I think. Also in accg if you fail a few certain subjects twice, you're out.
