Re: no school after trials You have to go. I think you'll find your teachers actually make pretty good use of yur time by going over everything, revising, making sure you understand, doing practise papers etc. That's what most people will be doing, anyway. The upside to going to school instead...

Your teacher is bullshitting you, mate. They do that sometimes. They shouldn't: it's actually not really allowed. They are meant to advise you accurately on these things and not try to guilt trip or lie to you to get you to work harder.

As in powerplay? does your core text happen to be julius caesar? It depends on how long you have to find the texts, etc. If you have time to read, 'How to be good' by Nick Hornby is quite good. But it's better as a change text. try...
