I have the same feeling I called the hotline at least 50 times

35 mins to go

I suggect we'd better not call the hotline all together at 9 am Let me call first at 9 am to see if it is working. lol

I don't mind if MSA will come back. The results will be available in less than 1 hour via hotline anyway. Now I hope MSA will die forever and UTS have to build a better system

IT Support staffs are working from 8 am

UTS got so much money from international students and government. Why don't they purchase a better server with higher capacity!! Where have those money gone?

A friend of mine has the same situation as yours. One of his subjects' result is pending and his GPA is also 0. Maybe the system calculates the GPA after all results are finalised.

Good luck to you. BTW, Is the GPA on online record for the whole degree or just autumn semester? -- The answer is for the whole degree. Because if it is just for autumn semester, it is impossible for me to get the GPA indicated on online record.

If it is calculated based on 4 subjects, then you get 1 HD, 3 Ds.
