    and if you somehow miss a direct/express bus, you can catch any bus from Stand D on eddy avenue that has "via Anzac pde" on them.. cause, well.... they all go past UNSW.. and if you're not sure, you can always check the map available at that bus stop

    yep, only 1st semester fees are available.. thats cause you have the entire semester 1 to decide on semester 2.... so it'd be a bit silly to give you a fee statement now when peoples classes are changing or havent even been chosen yet!

    that only applies for when you request a new UniPass from e-spot.. they give you a docket with a randomly generated password for use in myUNSW... otherwise, use the one you entered when you created your account...

    you're better off looking at http://www.linuxquestions.org/ to look under the "Linux HCL" aka Linux Hardware compatibility List... and view various devices that are known to work/not work on linux... any distro should be fine too... it all depends on what you're used to... i used to use...

    Yes.. you can carry them all the time :P or at least set it beside you as you sit on the nice green lawns around the campus or on the benches!

    you use your bigpond username/pass for outgoing along with their outgoing address! with the way email works, it'll use your unsw email addres as your sender address... just try it out ;)

    i dont think i could manage doing chem in a month or so.... i did chem in 11/12 and i found it a bit tough during the course.... so much theory in it and just to much to remember!
